Campus Box

What is it?

The Skills Unit as part of the Centre for Learning Support & Development was set up for the benefit of all London South Bank University students, and offers Communication Skills Development sessions, as part of a programme which aims to provide all your support needs through university and beyond. We also offer mathematics and statistics sessions - please see the separate timetables available from Caxton House.

All sessions are free. All Communication Skills sessions are usually held in either room 13B or 15B on the first floor Caxton House; sessions run from September 2011 till June 2012.

A separate programme for the Havering campus is also offered. (See separate programme also available from our website or reception at Havering campus).

For summer courses please see the separate Fast Track flyer or enquire from the Skills for Learning tutors. (The Fast Track programme is available to any London South Bank University student who needs to improve their skills. In addition to taught classes, the programme also offers drop-in workshops in the afternoon).

Where is it?

The Skills Unit is based in Caxton House on Borough Road, just opposite the Learning Resources Centre, another part of the Centre for Learning Support & Development.
