- Health and social care
- We've spent millions creating a beautiful new building which houses specially designed lecturing and teaching rooms, as well as state-of-the-art skills laboratories, featuring many leading healthcare innovations. Find out more on our Faculty of Health and Social Care website.
- Engineering
- We continually develop our workshop and equipment provision and so are the only London university to offer facilities of such quality. Highlights are numerous and include model-making lathes, the latest CNC machining technology, thermodynamic facilities, specialist software across six computer suites, a multi-purpose biochemistry laboratory, forsenic laboratories, the Centre for Efficient and Renewable Energy in Buildings and the Anechoic Chamber for acoustic and environment testing. - Food processing
- Based at LSBU, the London Food Centre investigates all aspects of food manufacture. Its pilot plant area and kitchen are ideal for product development. Find out more on the London Food Centre website.
- Sport and human performance
- This specialist area offers advice to elite/Olympic level and developing athletes. It has also been involved with exciting product development projects, one of the most well known being the leading footwear brand, the FitFlop™.
- Media
- Our purpose-built teaching, digital arts and media production facilities are based in the Keyworth Media Centre. Our Digital Media Laboratory features leading innovations and we're an accredited Apple Training Centre. Find out more on our media facilities.
