International & Other Activities
The Overseas links with the University of Rennes developed into Alex Murdock being part of the co-ordinating committee for a major social enterprise conference at Rennes this year. Two papers were presented there (see outputs)Alex Murdock has developed links with the London Business School MBA programme and the London Business School Voluntary Sector Group (GRIT).
Good links have also been established with the Said Business School and the School of Social Entrepreneurs which should help us to build both a teaching and research capacity in the area of Social Enterprise. Alex Murdock and Alibeth Somers have been invited to join a Global Week workshop on Social Entrepreneurship to be held there in July.
