Research

The Faculty has also attracted a number of research awards and contracts from a broad spectrum of clients. Some of these include the Home Office, the International Federation of Red Cross, and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Recent research projects have looked at The Provision of Consumer Education Materials for the Office of Fair Trading and the Economic and Social Research Council has funded a number of projects including an historical comparative analysis of family and parenting, higher order thinking and reasoning in children with language disorders, and using social processes to offset fatigue in army personnel.
