Facilities

We have an excellent selection of facilities available to our students in addition to the university’s Learning Resource Centre (LRC) and Library. Our department has the Psychology laboratory complex, which contains the latest computer and experimental equipment and our own exclusive reference library.

Psychology Research Participation Scheme (RPS)

The Psychology Department uses a web-based software package to enable advertisement of experiments and issue credit(s) for the departmental Research Participation Scheme (RPS). The experiment management system provides an easy method for participants to sign up for studies and track their progress throughout the term. Everything is done through the software’s web-based interface, so the system can be accessed at any time and from any computer with a standard web browser.

Further information about psychology labs for current students can be found on the Student Gateway at Psychology Laboratories and resources.
