During the Summer recess (early July to early September) accommodation at our McLaren House is made available to external visitors.
Named after the University's first chancellor, Christopher McLaren, McLaren House is the perfect base for exploring one of the world's most exciting cities. Just minutes by public transport from the West End's theatre and shops, local attractions such as the inspirational Tate Modern gallery, the atmospheric Borough Market and Shakespeare's historic Globe Theatre are all within easy walking distance. All of our accommodation is Non Smoking.
McLaren House has 600 single en-suite study bedrooms arranged in self-contained apartments. They ideally suit groups seeking bed-only or self-catered accommodation. Large groups and conferences can be provided with catering services.
Each bedroom has access to a communal kitchen/diner. Other communal facilities include an on-site coin-operated laundry, TV lounge and central reception desk staffed 24 hours a day. There is a non-smoking policy throughout the building.

There are excellent transport links nearby serving London and the South of England. Three London Underground stations and Waterloo International rail station are all within a 10-minute walk.
