Living in a London South Bank University residence gives you a base very close to where you will be studying. Our residences are ideally placed for public transport connections all having an underground station approximately 5 minutes walk away. Their location allows easy access to local attractions such as the South Bank arts complex, the Tate Modern, Globe Theatre and the London Eye. London's West End is only 3 stops away on the underground.

Accommodation services

The University offers standard and en-suite self-catered accommodation across 1,400 single study bedrooms in our four residential buildings. Flats accommodate between two and nine residents depending on the building. All residences are within a 10-minute walk of the main Elephant and Castle campus, within the centre of London and are non-smoking. More information regarding in-room data facilities can be found at www.lsbu.ac.uk/halls.

All residence fees are fully inclusive and cover the cost of hot water, heating and lighting. There are no hidden costs but please be aware that for some residents the accommodation agreement may be longer than the academic teaching period. Basic possessions insurance is also included. Further information on what is covered by this insurance can be found at the Endsliegh Insurance website or provided by the Accommodation Office.
