University governance

A number of people employed by the university or volunteering to sit on our Board of Governors are involved in running London South Bank University (LSBU). In this section you'll find out more about who they are and what they do.

Our legal status

LSBU is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales. It is an exempt charity within the meaning of the Charities Act applying in England and Wales and from 1 June 2010 its principal regulator has been the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). Trustees
