Robert Hush is a Senior Lecturer in Law and a practicing family law solicitor, specialising in family law. His roles and responsibilities include:

  • Specialist Family Law Solicitor, Consultant Solicitor,  Beck Fitzgerald Lawyers and Consultants, Grays Inn  Road, London
  • Senior Lecturer in Law, London South Bank University
  • Director of Year 3 Studies, London South Bank University
  • Facilitator, The Truth Project, Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse
  • Chair of The Law Society’s Family Law Committee
  • The Law Society’s Family Law Committee Accreditation Working Group

Robert teaches family law and is the module leader with responsibility for two family law modules, taught to final year students. He supervises family law postgraduate work.

Robert also assists with teaching of Property Equity and Trusts, specialising in implied trusts and the family home.
He also assists with teaching of Jurisprudence, Law and Politics.
