Danielle Edge is a Lecturer in Children's Nursing in the School of Health and Social Care, London South Bank University (LSBU) since 2016. Danielle qualified from the University of Plymouth in 2009. Since qualifying, her clinical experience has mainly been on general Paediatric wards and surgery, having worked across the NHS and private sector in the UK and in Melbourne, Australia.
Danielle has a post graduate certificate in practice education and is working towards completing her Masters in Education. She is a registered nurse teacher with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority.
Danielle worked for 2 years as a Practice Development Nurse at a large NHS trust in London before joining LSBU.
At LSBU Danielle is the module leader for Fundamental Concepts of Caring for Children and Young people (PGDip).
