Dr Adéle Stewart-Lord is a member of the therapeutic radiography academic team at LSBU, involved in the delivery of pre-registration programmes. Her main role as Associate Professor involves the management and delivery of the Continuous Personal and Professional Development (CPPD) agenda for the School of Health and Social Care.
Dr Stewart-Lord has an active role in managing and undertaking post-doctoral studies in collaboration with the School's external NHS partners.
Dr Stewart-Lord's pre-registration therapeutic radiography teaching includes: anatomy and physiology, Imaging specifically in relation to cross sectional anatomy; treatment planning clinical skill development; practical sessions involving VERT.
Her teaching in post-registration therapeutic radiography includes: CT and MRI for therapeutic radiographers; service delivery and resource management; MSc supervision.
Dr Stewart-Lord is also involved in PhD supervision and support group activities.
Dr Stewart-Lord is involved in a number of research studies in collaboration with the School's NHS partners. The most recent are:
