Research and Enterprise Support Officer

 

Chloe is the Research and Enterprise Development Officer supporting the Enterprise Institutes at LSBU to engage with industry and to utilise our academic expertise to solve real world problems. Chloe’s focus is within the Sustainable Communities Institute, and works to develop commercial research, consultancy and projects that contribute to the development of sustainable communities.

Chloe has a particular interest in the sustainable built environment with a degree in Architecture and a Masters in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Design. She believes that an amalgamation of research led design and business for socio-environmental betterment can lead the transition to a fair, just and efficient future and strives to apply this philosophy in her work at LSBU.

Chloe’s work spans the following themes: Housing, Community Energy, Smart Cities, Healthy Spaces and Migrants and Refugees.

Chloe is a member of the LSBU Sustainability Steering group and she leads the LSBU’s Community Working Group, as part of the University’s approach to sustainability; empowering LSBU stakeholders, internally and externally, to collaborate for a sustainable future.

Chloe is a member of the LSBU Sustainability Steering Group and she provides day-to-day project management of LSBU’s Community Working Group supporting Gurpreet Jagpal in his capacity as the senior manager responsible for this Group. The Community Working Group is part of the University’s overall approach to sustainability; empowering LSBU stakeholders, internally and externally, to collaborate for a sustainable future.
