London South Bank University (LSBU) is delighted to have jumped another 14 places in the influential Guardian University League Table, to number 78 in the UK

This news follows some very strong progress in recent years for LSBU. We have:

  • risen in every university league table in the last three years;
  • been awarded a silver for teaching excellence; and
  • been named 2018 University of the Year for Graduate Employment by the Sunday Times

Professor David Phoenix, Vice-Chancellor of LSBU said: "This is further evidence that London South Bank University is now being nationally recognised for the huge progress we have made in recent years. Our teaching and learning grows from strength to strength, and our focus on employability is delivering significant improvements in graduate employment prospects and starting salaries. We've forged excellent links with employers and we're giving our students great internships and work placements so that they are work-ready when they graduate.

"These results reflect the talents, abilities and commitment of our students and staff, and our drive to achieve the very best experiences and outcomes."
